Flu shot clinic will be provided by Walgreens Pharmacy. Flu shots are available for SISD employees and their family members 7 years and older. Tetanus and Pertussis  will also be available for those 14 years of age and older. Insurance will be accepted/processed if you have your insurance card with you. The cost without insurance is $25 and is payable by cash or check.
